today,i actually got a bit anxiuous,she just wouldn't want to sleep..5 mins then she started to wake up.putting her to sleep was not easy.. so to release me of the stress, i gobbled up a lotof food, a lot of calories, i'd say today..comfort food.
demo ne, i believe that i have been not eating well, and sleeping lesser and doing extra work, (oh i cooked lunch,extra speacial lunch,there was choc orange cheesecake too,for my mom,mom's day last sunday)..so everything added up, my blood glucose went a bit lower than usual and my tummy wasn't helping. plus i got headache couple days ago.voila...fatigue,stress...
ok, nayya ended up sleeping early today. at about 6.30 she was fast asleep only to wake up at 11 for milk,and goes back to sleep.
as for me, i had some time to do my work.now am tired... want to find something to munch, adding to the xtra2 calories i took today...heheheh

hmm, tu pun dah kurus sikit. am starting to feed her solids..within one day dah terasa berat!!
